The Company will take all necessary actions to provide clients with the highest quality, up-to-date, and relevant materials in the respective fields of the courses.

To ensure effective management of the site’s content, the Company reserves the right to remove materials that are outdated, replaced by updated content, fail to meet quality standards, are deemed irrelevant, or for which the distribution rights negotiated with course creators have expired. Consequently, the Company does not guarantee the continuous availability of all materials on edditacademy.com.

Before removing a course, edditacademy.com will notify clients via email and/or Facebook groups, allowing a grace period from the initial notification until the content is removed.

The services provided through the website are exclusively limited to the areas of activity presented on the homepage. Please note that the services accessible through the site do not constitute tax, accounting, legal, or similar advice and do not replace professional services in such fields, which are recommended for any entrepreneur.

You are required to provide the requested information, filling in all fields accurately, completely, and truthfully as specified in your identification document.

4. Payment and Billing

The prices displayed for each product do not include VAT, which will be added as per tax regulations.
Subscription-based products include specific services listed separately on the invoice. Payments can be made in the following ways:
  1. Online via card through the Paynet system, following the provided payment instructions.
Invoices for purchased products will be available in your account for download, or sent by email. Once issued, invoices cannot be modified.

5. Warranty and Withdrawal Rights

We strive for customer satisfaction by offering special guarantees for services provided through the site. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund by notifying our sales office via email at support@eddit.md. Requests must include necessary refund details (e.g., IBAN, bank, swift code, account holder).

You may withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days of gaining site access, subject to specific conditions detailed on the site. Please email your withdrawal request to support@eddit.md, including your full details, the course name, price, and account information for refunds.

Withdrawal rights are void if services are fully delivered or if payment was made in cryptocurrency.

6. Liability and Limitations

By creating and using an Account, you take full responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of your account data (username and password) and for managing access to your account. You are legally liable for any activity conducted through your account.

By accessing the website, creating an account, and using the platform, you expressly and unequivocally accept the Terms and Conditions in their latest version, as communicated on the site. Following account creation, using the content constitutes acceptance of any amendments to the Terms and Conditions or updated versions. You are responsible for checking the final version of the Terms and Conditions each time you use the site.

Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions is confirmed by checking the corresponding box on the site and/or by placing an order and/or making an online payment.

Your complaint will be recorded, and a written response will be sent to the email address provided when notifying us of your complaint within a maximum of 48 hours, during working days.

Clients agree not to make such complaints public (on social media, in the press, during private discussions, or through any other means), subject to liability for damages caused to the site's owner due to reputational harm.
All complaints must be submitted within one month from the date the issue was noticed.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this site—including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, symbols, images, photos, text content, and other elements, as well as all information within edditacademy.com and online programs sold via the site—is the exclusive property of D-Formers SRL. Copying, distribution, publication, modification, completion, use, display, linking, transmission, removal of markings, sale, or similar actions involving site content, data, or information without prior written consent from D-Formers SRL is prohibited.

Sharing your access credentials to edditacademy.com with third parties is strictly forbidden.
Clients do not acquire any rights or licenses to use the site’s information or any intellectual or industrial property rights over the products/services ordered via the site.

No client is allowed to use automated or manual tools to monitor the materials available on the site.

10. Newsletters

This contract will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes arising between the site owner and the client regarding the use of the site shall first be resolved amicably, and if unsuccessful, submitted to the competent courts in Chișinău.

13. Final Provisions

This site is owned by D-Formers SRL, granting you the right to access and use it subject to your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By accessing and using the site, you automatically and unequivocally agree to comply with its Terms and Conditions.

D-Formers SRL reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice, posting the updated version on the site. You are obligated to review the Terms and Conditions each time you access the site.
The site administrator reserves the right to modify the structure or interface of any page or subpage at any time and to temporarily, partially, or completely interrupt the services offered through this site without prior notice.
These Terms and Conditions are supplemented by any specific provisions detailed in product/event descriptions available on the site. In case of conflicts between these Terms and Conditions and the specific provisions, the latter shall prevail.
